1: Do you have a storefront?
At the moment we do not our own coffee house. For now we sell online, at markets, at select retailers and on markets like Etsy and Wedzu.
2: Why doesn't my order come with a printed invoice?
In the efforts of going green, we'd like to save some trees by eliminating a paper invoice with your order. However, if you would like one included, please let us know. All orders are confirmed with an email invoice.
3: Do you ship international?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
4: How are orders shipped and how long do they take to arrive?
Your orders usually ships within 3 - 5 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped USPS Priority mail and delivers within 1 - 2 business days in most cases. Depending on geographic location, it might take upwards of 3 business days. If you need an order sooner, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate delivery. We can also hand deliver your orders; if you are located within our delivery area.
5: I have food allergies. Are your products prepared in a facility that may handle anything I may be allergic to?
While some of our products do not contain peanuts, tree nuts, or seeds; other baked goods in our kitchen do. Our baked goods are baked in a commercial kitchen that contains the following items: chocolate, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, barley, rye, oats and seeds.
6: I am on a gluten free diet. Do you offer gluten free products?
At the moment, we do not offer gluten free products.
7: How long do your products last?
We believe sweets should be at it's purest state - unadulterated by artificial additives, sweeteners, colorings, and preservatives. Because we do not use any preservatives or artifical flavorings in our products, our sweet confections should be enjoyed immediately. However, our cookies do have a shelf life of up to 7 - 10 days.
8: How will my favors arrive?
Due to the fragile and delicate nature of our artisan confections; all of the boxed favors will arrive unassembled. Instructions are included for easy assembly. Bagged favors will arrive completely assembled. If you live within our delivery area; we can hand deliver your favors completely assembled. 9: You take payment through PayPal, but do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
No, non-PaypPal members can pay with their credit card via the PayPal interface.

11: Why do I see a refund on my paypal account?
If you paid excessive shipping costs, we will refund the difference automatically to your paypal account.
12: What is your cancellation policy?
You will receive 100% of your payment if your order is cancelled within 48 hours of when the order is placed and accepted. Orders cancelled after the 48 hours' time frame, 20% of your payment will be kept.
13: Can I return or exchange something?
Due to the perishable nature of our products; all sales are final.
14: My cookies are broken. What can you do?
If your item arrives damaged; unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it leaves our hands and facility. We pack our boxes as carefully as possible and cannot be held responsible for any lost, missing or damaged packages. We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
